Introduction
Majorca is the largest island of the well known Balearic group, set off the east coast of mainland Spain, enjoying a mild and pleasant climate basking in the Mediterranean. Santa Ponsa
The resort of Santa Ponsa is now easily one of the liveliest spots on the island. A huge selection of cafe bars, pubs, discos and restaurants is available and is largely responsible for the fabled nightlife of the resort.
Alcudia
The bay of Alcudia on Majorca's northern coastline boasts one of the islands finest sandy beaches stretching for seven kilometres. The modem town is built around a network of lakes and canals, with an old quayside offering some terrific bars and restaurants. Shopaholics will feel at home around the trendy boutiques and local markets, and those with energy to bum will love the windsurfing and water-skiing.
Cala D'or
One of the most captivating and attractive of Majorca's resorts, Cala D'or is well known for its dramatic headlands covered with pine forests and clear waters. You'll find a good choice of places to eat and a very friendly easy-going night-life, mainly centred around the bars and cafes
Palma Nova
Set in the Bay of Palma this is another of Majorca's popular holiday spots. Situated within three sandy bays backed by a tree lined promenade, this resort boasts a wide choice of entertainment of shops, bars and restaurants awaiting your pleasure.
